Campus Life & Style Awarded Management of Two Properties in South Carolina, Texas

Conway, S.C. and Waco, Texas — Campus Life & Style (CLS) has been awarded management of two student housing properties in South Carolina and Texas. Assignments include The Cove at Coastal Carolina, a 396-bed student housing community in Conway; and University Edge, a 236-bed property serving students attending Baylor University in Waco. Both properties are owned by Orion Student Housing, a joint venture between WFI and Willis Cos. “We are proud and excited that our successful partnership has yielded more opportunities,” says Jim Sholders, CEO of CLS. “CLS performs on its clients’ vision to exact standards without compromise, resulting in market leading occupancies and rent growth.
