Capstone Apartment Partners Arranges $7.2 Million Sale of 268-Bed Community Near Murray State

Murray, Ken. — Capstone Apartments Partners has arranged the $7.2 million sale of Station 74, a 268-bed student housing community serving Murray State University in Kentucky. Jonathan Hawks, Adam Klenk, Austin Heithcock and Bryse Toothaker of Capstone represented the seller, Stonemont Financial Group, in the transaction and procured the buyer, Up Campus Properties. The property offers two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Community amenities include a heated swimming pool, fitness center, grilling area, tanning room and bike storage.
