Landmark Properties Completes $2 Billion Student Housing Portfolio for 2023-2024 Academic Year

Athens, Ga. — Landmark Properties has completed the development of 10 student housing properties valued at $2 billion ahead of the fall 2023 semester. The portfolio is the largest to be delivered off-campus in a single year, according to Landmark, and accounts for one-fourth of all student housing deliveries this fall. New York City — Hawkins Way Capital has completed a 1,355-bed student housing redevelopment project at 525 Lexington Ave. in Manhattan’s Midtown East neighborhood. Designed by Empire State Building architect Arthur Loomis Harmon, the 34-story building was originally constructed in 1923.
