Bowling Green, Ky. — ABCampus has acquired Midtown at WKU, a 534-bed student housing community located near the Western Kentucky University campus in Bowling Green. Completed in 2017, the property offers 189 units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a fitness center, rooftop pool, study center, courtyard with grilling stations, clubhouse and private meeting rooms. Bowling Green, Ky. — Pearlmark has provided a mezzanine loan for the acquisition of Midtown at WKU, a 534-bed student housing community located adjacent to Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. Eagle Realty Group provided the senior loan on behalf of the borrower, ABCampus. Greg Young of Colliers Mortgage arranged the financing. Located on Center Street, Midtown at WKU features 189 units with bed-to-bath parity, as well as an amenity package that includes a fitness center, rooftop pool, study center, 24-hour maintenance staff, courtyard, clubhouse and private study rooms.

New York City — Investcorp has acquired four student housing properties totaling nearly 3,000 beds for $300 million. Acquisitions include a 792-bed community located near the Texas A&M University campus in College Station; a 486-bed property serving students attending Texas State University in San Marcos; a 699-bed community located adjacent to the University of Kentucky in Lexington; and a 684-bed property located near the University of Oklahoma campus in Norman.
