Hanover, N.H. — Dartmouth College is underway on construction of a 285-bed student housing project at its campus in Hanover, located in the central part of the Granite State. The community is being developed as part of a larger initiative by the college to add 1,000 new student housing beds over the next decade. Hanover, N.H. — Dartmouth has announced plans to develop a 400-bed residence hall for undergraduate students on the North End of the university’s campus in Hanover. The university recently held a town hall meeting, during which students were able to weigh in on proposed plans for the community. Lebanon, N.H. — A public-private partnership between Michaels Student Living and Dartmouth College is set to break ground on an $84 million graduate housing project on the college’s campus in Lebanon. The four-story community will offer 309 units, housing more than 600 students. Shared amenities will include a clubhouse, gathering spaces, fitness facilities, work and study space and mail and package delivery services.
