Hanover, N.H. — Dartmouth College is underway on construction of a 285-bed student housing project at its campus in Hanover, located in the central part of the Granite State. The community is being developed as part of a larger initiative by the college to add 1,000 new student housing beds over the next decade. Hanover, N.H. — Dartmouth has announced plans to develop a 400-bed residence hall for undergraduate students on the North End of the university’s campus in Hanover. The university recently held a town hall meeting, during which students were able to weigh in on proposed plans for the community. Lebanon, N.H. — A public-private partnership between Michaels Student Living and Dartmouth College is set to break ground on an $84 million graduate housing project on the college’s campus in Lebanon. The four-story community will offer 309 units, housing more than 600 students. Shared amenities will include a clubhouse, gathering spaces, fitness facilities, work and study space and mail and package delivery services. Pierce Education Properties CEO Frederick W. Pierce IV has been named Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire.  He has also been appointed to  the Board of Directors of San Diego State University’s Campanile Foundation and Beta Theta Pi Foundation.
