The financing was sourced through a regional bank on behalf of developer College Town Communities. The community will offer 132 fully furnished, two-bedroom units. Shared amenities will include a fitness center, business center, café, media lounge, secure mail and package storage and a pool. Delivery of the project is scheduled for June 2022.
