Proposed Site on Montezuma Road in San Diego.San Diego — CBRE is listing a ground-up development site near SDSU consisting of 64 proposed apartment units on two fully entitled student housing projects on six contiguous parcels. The property is being offered for a portfolio price of $6.45 million. San Diego State had a 2011 enrollment of 30,541. The property is a short walk from the campus transit center and trolley station that connects the university to downtown San Diego.
