CCI Real Estate Breaks Ground on Mixed-Use Redevelopment of Baptist Collegiate Ministry Building Near Georgia Southern

Statesboro, Ga. — CCI Real Estate has broken ground on the mixed-use redevelopment of a site occupied by the Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) near the Georgia Southern University campus in Statesboro. The property is being developed in partnership with the BCM and will include larger spaces for ministry and fellowship, as well as student housing and retail space. Summerhill CRE secured construction financing for the project through Morris Bank on behalf of CCI. Pre-leasing for the community will begin this fall with completion scheduled for summer 2026.
