Columbia, S.C. — Chain Bridge Capital and its affiliates have acquired Stadium Suites, a 924-bed student housing community located near the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
The property offers three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units. Renovations are planned for the community, to include remodeling the clubhouse; improving internet service; the addition of state-of-the-art, large-screen televisions; the addition of a new shuttle bus; and new appliance packages, furniture, upgraded countertops, cabinetry and lighting in units. The budget for enhancements is $2.8 million.
