Chris Johnson Joins University Partners as Executive Vice President of Operations

Dallas — Chris Johnson has joined University Partners as executive vice president of operations. In his new role, Johnson will optimize asset performance and drive efficiency across the Dallas-based organization. He joins University Partners from multifamily real estate investment trust UDR where he served as senior vice president of property operations, leading a portfolio of over 60,000 units. “Chris’ scaled expertise in portfolio operations, revenue management and platform innovation make him an incredible addition to our leadership team,” says CEO Travis Roberts. “As University Partners continues to expand, his experience and collaborative approach will provide the necessary infrastructure and strategic direction to ensure we continue to operate at the highest level.”
