Clark Takes Over Place Management Group

Atlanta — Place Properties’ Robert Clark has added to his responsibilities with the company.

Atlanta — Robert Clark, currently the executive vice president of Place Properties, has added to his responsibilities. In addition to overseeing the company’s finance and acquisition activities, Clark will now head Place Management Group, the company’s property management division. Clark joined the company more than 7 years ago and has held several positions with the company during that time, including CFO and executive vice president of finance, acquisition and asset management. Place Properties has developed more than $1.4 billion in student and military housing properties and currently manages more than 21,000 beds.
