Lexington, Ky. — Campus Life & Style (CLS) has been awarded management of The Lex, a 649-bed student housing community owned by William Fideli Investments (WFI) near the University of Kentucky.
Built in 2008, the recently-renovated property offers a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Shared amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, dog park, business center, community grills, on-demand fitness classes, a newly updated clubhouse and game lounge, outdoor fireplace and kitchen, resort-style swimming pool and a yoga studio. This is the third management deal awarded to CLS by WFI.
