Columbus, Ohio — Columbus-based Coastal Ridge Real Estate Partners has been awarded management of three new student housing communities located in Missouri, West Virginia and North Carolina.
New assignments include The Den, a 552-bed student housing community located less than 1.5 miles away from the University of Missouri campus in Columbia, Missouri; The Domain at Town Centre, a 912-bed student housing community located near West Virginia University and Fairmont State University in the University Town Centre shopping district of Morgantown, West Virginia; and The Lighthouse, a 348-bed student housing community located adjacent to the front gates of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Campus in Wilmington.
