COCM Awarded Management of Student Housing Community at Highline College

Des Moines, Wash. — Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) has been awarded management of Campus View, located at Highline College in Des Moines, Washington. COCM will provide full turn-key management services for the residence hall, including facility maintenance and management, capital planning, financial services, marketing and leasing. COCM will also design and implement a comprehensive residence life and student development program for Campus View.
