West Run ApartmentsMorgantown, W.Va. — The Colliers International Student Housing Group recently arranged the sale of West Run apartments, a 332-unit, 994-bed off-campus student housing facility near West Virginia University, for $32 million. Columbus, Ohio-based Peak Property Group purchased West Run from seller Bridge Partners, headquartered near San Francisco. West Run is located two miles from WVU’s campus and is the largest off-campus student housing facility in Morgantown. Colliers International’s Travis Prince and Dorothy Jackman handled the transaction between the buyer and the seller.
