Edge55 was built in 2009.Fort Worth — Shore to Shore Properties, LLC, has purchased Edge55, an off-campus student housing complex serving the students of Texas Christian University. The seller was Campus Village Centre, LP, which is led by Fort Worth real estate developer and investor Steve Berry, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Dorothy Jackman and Travis Prince, managing directors of Colliers International Student Housing Group, represented Campus Village Centre. The buyer was represented by Nick Fluellen, CCIM, vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap.

Built in 2009, Edge55 has 55 units and 165 beds in the all three-bedroom, three-bathroom complex.

“Being a newly built property, Edge55 is a recommended off-campus housing option for students,” Jackman says. “The purchase of Edge55 is an excellent investment, as the property tends to stay highly occupied.”

Approximately a half mile away from TCU, Edge55 attracts mostly TCU upper classmen and graduate students.
