Tampa, Fla. — Colliers International has arranged the $26 million sale of The Social, a 560-bed student housing community located near the University of South Florida in Tampa.
The property offers two- and four-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool and sun deck, computer lab, study room and a 24-hour fitness center. Travis Prince and Sean Baird of Colliers brokered the transaction. The buyer and seller were undisclosed.
