Colliers International Arranges $5.2 Million Sale of Development Site Near Florida International University

Miami — Colliers International has arranged the sale of a 24,451-square-foot development site near the Florida International University campus in Miami for $5.2 million. Virgilio Fernandez, Gerard Yetming, Mitash Kripalani and Julian Zuniga of Colliers represented the seller, Kendra Parker, in the disposition of the property to New York-based real estate investment firm Adam America Real Estate. The buyer purchased an adjacent site in August 2019 for $20 million. A student housing community is planned for the combined property.
