Colliers International’s Student Housing Group Expands

Clearwater, Fla. — Company grows division to add focus to private capital clients.

Clearwater, Fla. – Colliers International has expanded its national Student Housing Group, broadening its services to support institutional and private investors who are looking to acquire student housing properties.

 

Sean Baird has been promoted to full-time broker status alongside Dorothy Jackman and Travis Prince, co-managing directors of the Student Housing Group, based in Tampa Bay, Fla. In this new position, Baird will focus on working with private capital clients looking to buy smaller student housing properties in primary, secondary and tertiary markets. Also, Victoria Marks has joined the organization as a financial analyst.
