Comcast Announces Technology Partnership with the University of West Georgia

Carrollton, Ga. — Comcast has announced the deployment of an advanced Wi-Fi solution on the University of West Georgia’s campus in Carrollton. Comcast is set to install 1,500 Wi-Fi access points throughout the university’s on-campus residence halls and in numerous outdoor common areas. The state-of-the-art Wi-Fi 6 technology will connect students with symmetrical speeds of up to 200 megabits per second.
