Framingham, Mass. — Construction will begin soon for a new residence hall on the campus of Framingham State College. The seven-story, 135,000-square-foot building will house approximately 400 students. It is expected to open by the start of the fall 2011 semester. The general contractor for the project is Milford, Mass.-based Consigli Construction and the project architect is Cambridge, Mass.-based Pfeufer Richardson Architects.
