Construction Underway on 1,492-Bed Development by Core Spaces, Harrison Street Near Indiana University 

Bloomington, Ind. — Construction is underway on Hub Bloomington Lincoln, a 1,492-bed student housing development located on Lincoln Street near the Indiana University campus in Bloomington. The project is being developed by a joint venture between Core Spaces and Harrison Street and is scheduled for completion in summer 2027. The five-story community will offer 461 units in studio through five-bedroom configurations. The property will also feature 34,000 square feet of amenity space, including a fitness center, rooftop pool and basketball court, quiet and tech-enabled study areas and a spa complete with a sauna. The development team for the project includes Wells & Wells and DLR Group. TSB Capital Advisors consulted on the joint venture and arranged financing for the development from affiliates of QuadReal Property Group.
