Chicago — Chicago-based Core Spaces has named Erin Perez senior vice president of property management.
In her new role, Perez will oversee the overall operations of the Core Spaces portfolio. Her responsibilities will include overseeing business operations, strategic planning, budget analysis, financial reporting, marketing, leasing, and facility operations for new developments and stabilized assets.
