Edward MilchEast Greenwich, R.I. — Corvias Group has hired Charles E. Parker as executive vice president of property management and Edward Milch as senior vice president of construction operations.
With 25 years of experience in real estate and public-partnership ventures, Parker will work closely with Corvias Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Michael De La Rosa, and will be responsible for strategic growth initiatives for property management across both the military and student housing divisions.
Chuck ParkerMilch joins Corvias Group after spending eight years managing construction projects at Brown University, and most recently six years at Bryant University. As senior vice president of construction operations, Milch will be responsible for all aspects of construction, including fiscal management, long-range planning, scheduling, delivery, construction quality, safety, employee relations, performance management, accountability, compensation, staffing and cost control. Milch will also oversee the development and implementation of new business opportunities across both the military and student housing divisions.
