Daytona Beach Sees First Student Project in Development

Daytona Beach, Fla. — Construction set to begin in 60 days.

Daytona Beach, Fla. — The Daytona Beach News Journal is reporting that a 580-bed, 11-building student housing community will be built on land recently purchased in Volusia County, making this project, which is being developed by Z Loft LLC, the county’s first purpose-built student housing. It will serve Daytona State College, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Bethune-Cookman University and Stetson University. The $30 million project is expected to be underway within 60 days.
