Douglas Sitt Joins Vesper Holdings as Executive Vice President, Head of Capital Markets

New York City — Douglas Sitt has joined Vesper Holdings as executive vice president and head of capital markets. In his new role, Sitt will oversee the company’s investment and fundraising efforts, and manage its relationships with institutional investors and lenders.

Sitt will work closely with Vesper’s acquisitions and asset management teams to identify and execute on new investment opportunities. Prior to joining the New York City-based firm, Sitt served as the co-head of student housing at Rittenhouse Realty.
