EdR Acquires Three Student Housing Communities in Colorado and Arizona

Fort Collins, Colo. and Tucson, Ariz. — EdR has acquired three student housing communities located in Colorado and Arizona totaling 505 beds.

Acquisitions include Pura Vida Place and Carriage House Apartments in Fort Collins, Colorado, and The Urbane in Tucson, Arizona. Core Spaces recently developed the Urbane, previously named Tucson II.

Both Pura Vida and Carriage House Apartments are located near Colorado State University, and offer a total of 194 beds. Community amenities at each include a 24-hour computer lab; indoor bike storage; and in-unit washers and dryers.

The Urbane offers 311 beds in studio, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units. Community amenities include a fitness center; a spa featuring a sauna and tanning beds; a rooftop sundeck with a pool, oversized hot tub, lounging and gaming areas and private, poolside cabanas; an outdoor terrace with fire pits and a custom barbecue grill; and an executive business center with computers and printers.
