Stillwater, Okla. — EdR, in a joint venture with Laureate Campus Living, has commenced construction on Avid Square, a $47 million student housing development located adjacent to the Oklahoma State University campus in Stillwater.
As majority owner, EdR will manage the community. The property will offer 475 beds in a mix of studio, one-, two- and four-bedroom units. Community amenities will include a pool, a courtyard with grilling area, a fitness center and robust Internet connection and Wi-Fi throughout. The property, scheduled for completion in summer 2017, will also offer ground floor retail.
