Shepherdstown, W.Va. — EdR and Shepherd University have opened Potomac Place, a 298-bed residence hall located on the university’s campus in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
The five-story community offers a mix of single and double suite-style units. Amenities include a classroom, food service and dining area, study lounges, study rooms and robust internet and wi-fi throughout. The Shepherd University Foundation Supporting Organization owns the building and the university will provide management services.
