New Rochelle, N.Y. — EW Howell and Iona College have opened North Avenue Residence Hall in New Rochelle.
The seven-story, 100,000-square-foot community offers 310-beds in two- and four-bedroom, suite-style units. The property also features 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and multi-purpose lounges on each floor. Studio Hillier Architects designed the project.
