Fitness Equipment Provider Fitnessmith Acquires Divisions of Gym Source USA

Boynton Beach, Fla. — Fitness equipment sales and service provider Fitnessmith has acquired the commercial equipment, preventative maintenance and service divisions of Gym Source USA. New York City-based Gym Source supplies fitness equipment to multifamily communities, country clubs, municipal centers, schools, universities and other commercial fitness facilities across 21 states. All existing customers can expect a seamless transition to Fitnessmith, according to the Boynton Beach-based company, which services properties across 47 states. As part of the acquisition, Fitnessmith will offer employment to select Gym Source employees to ensure a smooth transition.
