Franklin Street Arranges $43 Million Sale of 570-Bed Community Near the University of South Florida

Tampa, Fla. — Franklin Street has arranged the $43 million sale of Campus Palms, a 570-bed student housing community located two blocks from the University of South Florida (USF) campus in Tampa. Darron Kattan, Zach Ames, Robert Goldfinger, Avery Jordan and Mark Savarese of Franklin Street represented the seller, Semco Investments, in the off-market disposition of the property to Trinity Property Group and College Town Communities. The property was renovated in 2015 and offers fully furnished units. Shared amenities include an Olympic-style swimming pool, resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, 24-hour study and computer lab, 24-hour fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, a dog park, clubhouse and shuttle service to and from the USF campus.
