Arlington, Va. — Gilbane Development Co. has announced the expansion of the company’s student housing platform and the appointment of Jeff Resetco as senior development director. Resetco will work to enhance the company’s capacity to develop student housing from a national platform in targeted markets both on- and off-campus and through a variety of transactional structures. Prior to joining Gilbane, Resetco was a senior
director with EdR/Greystar, where he oversaw the development of several public-private partnership, on-campus properties. Resetco will lead the student platform from the company’s office in Arlington.
