Providence, R.I. — Gilbane Development Co. has hired Karissa Schminky as portfolio marketing manager. In her new position, Schminky will work collaboratively with the company’s third-party property management teams, providing oversight on leasing and marketing of new and existing properties. Prior to joining Providence-based Gilbane, Schminky worked as the vice president of marketing at RISE: A Real Estate Company.
