Clemson, S.C. — Gilbane Development Co. has opened Bixby on College, a 383-bed student housing community located near Clemson University in South Carolina. The property offers 107 fully furnished units.
Shared amenities include a clubhouse with a pool table and gaming area; an infinity edge, heated swimming pool; fire pit; an outdoor kitchen and seating areas; a fitness center with cardio and strength training equipment; study rooms; and a computer lab. The property also features 14,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space occupied by tenants including Romeo’s Pizza and Solshine Yoga. Brian Scurlock of CBRE is handling retail leasing for the project, which has one space remaining.
