Greensburg, Pa. — The Felice Building Apartments, a five-unit apartment building located at 22 W. Pittsburgh St. in Greensburg, recently sold to Freid-El Corporation for $1.1 million. The Greensburg Community Development Corporation made the announcement.
The property was recently renovated from a commercial building to the Felice Building Apartments, marketed to college students. The building offers five, two-bedroom apartments, each with private baths and full kitchens with appliances. The property has its own private parking lot for its tenants.
