Charleston, S.C. — Greystar Real Estate Partners has promoted Jared Everett to managing director of the company’s university partnerships in the West. Everett joined EdR in 2016 as a vice president of university partnerships and continued that role with Greystar when the two companies merged in 2018. Prior to joining EdR, Everett spent 20 years in higher education, including 14 years at Boise State University where he held various leadership roles including treasurer and executive director of real estate and business development.
“Jared’s experience in university finance and real estate as well as his ability to develop unique P3 structures to address challenges and strategic objectives unique to each university has been a valuable asset for our team,” says Julie Skolnicki, senior managing director for university partnerships at the Charleston-based company. “We are excited to expand his role to support the P3 growth in the Western region of the country.”
