Charlotte, N.C. — Greystar Student Living has been selected to manage Millennium One Apartments, a 740-bed student housing community located near the University of North Carolina at Charlotte campus in Charlotte.
The property opened in 2014, and offers one-, two- and four-bedroom, fully furnished apartment and town homes with attached garages and bed-to-bath parity. Units feature open kitchens with islands, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 50-inch flat screen televisions, walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers.
Community amenities include social gathering spaces; a television wall; an iMac and PC computer lab; a high-tech fitness center; a cardio zone; a yoga studio; tanning beds; a game room with billiards, air hockey and arcade games; outdoor volleyball; shuffle board; and a basketball court. The community also features a resort style swimming pool with a swim-up lounge, sundeck, cabanas, hammocks, a fire pit and grilling stations.
