GSA Acquires 796-Bed Student Housing Community Near the University of Texas at Austin

Austin, Texas — Global Student Accommodation (GSA) has acquired Waterloo Tower, a 796-bed student housing community located near the University of Texas at Austin, from LV Collective for an undisclosed price. The property will be managed by the company’s operating partner, Yugo, and rebranded Yugo Austin Waterloo. The community offers fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity and private patios overlooking the university’s West Campus. Shared amenities include a spin studio, on-site coffee shop, resort-style swimming pool and hot tub, private study rooms, a fully equipped fitness center and sauna.
