Chicago — Jonathan Reyes has joined Harrison Street Real Estate Capital as an assistant vice president in the transactions group. Reyes will focus on underwriting investment opportunities and partner relationships in the student housing sector. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Reyes was a director at American Campus Communities (ACC). “We look forward to the depth of expertise and knowledge that Jonathan brings to our firm as we continually seek new investment opportunities in student housing,” says Christopher Merrill, chief executive office of Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. “We believe student housing is a vibrant, dynamic sector with significant growth potential.”
