HavenWest is under construction.Carrollton, Ga. — Haven Campus Communities, a developer, manager and owner of properties in the Southeast, has started construction on HavenWest, a 568-bed community at the University of West Georgia (UWG). The property is across the street from the UWG football stadium and will open in August 2014.
Now leasing, the community will provide furnished two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments that include large screen TVs, full-size washers and dryers, trundle beds with pillow-top mattresses, bed-bath parity and several outdoor amenities, including a pool area with sun decks, covered built-in grills, a hammock garden, and an outdoor pavilion with a 60-inch television and lounge furniture.
