Carrollton, Ga. — Haven Campus Communities has sold Haven West, a 568-bed student housing community located near the University of West Georgia in Carrollton.
An undisclosed private investor acquired the development, which consists of eight residential buildings, one maintenance building and a 5,000-square foot clubhouse overlooking a resort-style pool. The property was fully leased at the time of sale.
