HFF Arranges Sale of 182-Bed Community Near the University of Texas at Austin

Austin, Texas — HFF has arranged the sale of Villas on 26^th, a 182-bed student housing community located near the University of Texas at Austin. The community offers one-, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom units, with larger units featuring private, in-home movie theaters. Shared amenities include a pool-sized hot tub, multiple outdoor patios with televisions and a 24-hour fitness center. Ryan McBride and Doug Opalka of HFF represented the seller, Zucker Properties, in the disposition of the community to Arrimus Capital. Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
