Corvallis, Ore. — HFF has announced that it has been named to market for sale Grand Oaks Apartment Homes in Corvallis, Ore., a 125-unit, 249-bed student housing community near Oregon State. HFF is marketing the property on behalf of the seller, Bellevue, Wash.-based American Capital Group. The property was completed in 2002 and is 98 percent leased.
