HH Group Hires Teddy Abdelmalek as Senior Vice President of Business Development

Silver Spring, Md. — HH Group has hired Tadros ‘Teddy’ Abdelmalek as senior vice president of business development. In his new position, Abdelmalek will lead the Silver Spring, Maryland-based firm’s third-party management division, focusing on student housing, multifamily and affordable housing properties across the United States. He brings over 25 years of experience in student housing, operations, strategy and business development to the position. Abdelmalek most recently served as national director of business development at Campus Life & Style, the third-party management arm of Vesper Holdings. “Having Teddy onboard at this stage is a real advantage for us,” says Co-Founder Tony Shen. “His background and passion for the business align perfectly with where we’re headed.
