Auburn, Ala. — Holder Properties has completed 320 West Mag, a 719-bed student housing community located near Auburn University in Alabama. The community offers studio, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. The property also features ground floor retail space leased to Chick-fil-A, Ross House Coffee, Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne’s. Shared amenities include a swimming pool, multi-level fitness center, three courtyards, a state-of-the-art clubroom, gaming lounge, study rooms and a secured parking deck with bike storage. The project was designed by Niles Bolton & Associates and built by Juneau Construction Co.
