Tucson, Ariz. — Holualoa Cos. has acquired Gateway at Tucson, a 552-bed student housing community located near the University of Arizona.
CW Capital Asset Management sold the property, which was marketed via RealINSIGHT Marketplace, for $12.9 million. The property offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom, fully furnished units with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities include a swimming pool and spa, basketball court, fitness center, business center, study rooms, tanning beds and shuttle service to the University of Arizona and Pima Community College. Jim Crews of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the deal.
