Columbus, Ohio — Homestead U has promoted Donna Stage and Shannon Latsko to the role of regional manager.
In her new role, Stage will oversee assets located at Ohio University, The Ohio State University and Penn State University. Prior to this role, Stage managed the company’s River Park, River Gate, River’s Edge and River Annex properties in Athens, Ohio.
In her new role, Latsko will oversee properties located near Texas A&M University, Mississippi State University and the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Prior to her promotion, Latsko served as national leasing and operations manager for the portfolio.
