Impact 360 Institute Begins Construction on Cottage-Style Student Housing Development

by Katie Sloan

Pine Mountain, Ga. — The Impact 360 Institute, a Christian organization founded by the daughter of Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy, has broken ground on its South Campus Housing project. The development will add 12 student housing cottages across 18 acres in Pine Mountain, roughly 75 miles outside Atlanta.

The Impact 360 campus included two 21,000-square-foot residence halls upon opening. The new South Campus Housing development will offer two-bedroom cottages with bed-to-bath parity, alongside shared amenities including fire pits, hammocks and grills.

Joe Burton and Chase Latimer of JLL’s Atlanta office will oversee the project on behalf of the owner, Lifeshape / Impact 360 Institute. The development is scheduled for completion in December 2023. The project team includes Sheridan Construction and Credo.
