Starkville, Miss. — IMS Development LLC is set to break ground on The Vista – Starkville, an 820-bed community located adjacent to Mississippi State University.
The property will offer studio, one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom, fully furnished units. Shared amenities will include a resort-style saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, Bamboo studio for yoga and other group fitness classes, an outdoor community area, a resident gathering room and a business suite with free printing and internet access. The community will also feature a Sky Lounge for hosting resident events and shared study rooms, alongside 7,500 square feet of commercial space. The community is set to open in fall 2019.
